Metindemir & Matt Semrau were Ipban because they tried out ::setitem.
Which that code Ipbanned them..

Just Un-ipban the Ip's...

You'd can find out. If you try and log into the server and a message comes up saying "your account has been disabled", then you're banned. Otherwise you're not.
